Welcome to Buddy Holly and Texas Avenues, a couple of the most historic streets in Lubbock and the cornerstone of the Depot District! From unique food and drink options to fun stays, entertainment and shopping, you are sure to keep busy on these iconic roads.

Where to Stay

Cotton Court

This unique, city-inspired boutique hotel is the perfect spot for your Lubbock stay. The Cotton Court is located a mile from Texas Tech’s campus and is within walking distance to several restaurants. This is a prime spot for its location and the fun amenities including a pool, on-site restaurant, courtyard and live music.

Pioneer Pocket Hotel

The Pioneer Pocket Hotel is Lubbock’s first contactless boutique hotel. Check-in, room access and booking are all done through your mobile device. The space was built in the 1920s but has since been renovated over the years into a modern stay. Just outside its doors, you’ll find fun dining experiences like the West Table and The Brewery LBK.

Courthouse Lofts Airbnb

Cactus Theater

Go back in time with a night at the Cactus Theater! This space once served as Lubbock’s first suburban neighborhood theater and has since been renovated into a live performance hub.
