Lubbock Through the Lens of a Local: Ayo Olajimi

Hey! I’m Ayo Olajimi. I’m the owner and Senior Director of the multi-media brand “Ayomedia”. I specialize in Commercial, Promo, and Narrative film work. I’ve made somewhat of a name for myself here in Lubbock shooting various music videos, commercials and weddings. People also know me for my work with my collective, Elevæted in Dallas.

What I love most about shooting in Lubbock is the challenge of taking more rustic and western landscape fit within my own urban and commercial aesthetic. I’m always looking for a way to sharpen the knife and perfect my craft, and I believe a great photographer/directer must be adaptable. I’m most proud of the genuine love and support I get from the people in Lubbock. It’s a great spot to be creative, work, and live.
