This rock band has toured with a variety of artists since its start in 1998 and scored a Grammy in 2013 for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance. Halestorm is bringing its fall 2022 tour to The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences!

The Lubbock Symphony Orchestra presents SOUND! Light, sound and color collide for an evening of music and performance that pushes artistry boundaries. 

Lubbock residents and visitors are invited to enjoy local food trucks during their lunch hour, between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m in the Civic Center parking lot.

In his second appearance at the Cactus Theater, James McMurtry is bringing American rock and folk music to this intimate singer-songwriter show. Texas native Jonny Burke will open the show.

A visit to Lubbock during the first of the month is not complete without stopping by the First Friday Art Trail (FFAT) hosted by LHUCA. FFAT is a free, self-guided art tour held in the Lubbock Cultural District in partnership with various art centers, museums, galleries, and businesses located downtown. While there, enjoy live music, food trucks, and art from local, national, and international artists.

Koe Wetzel is bringing his outlaw country sound back to Cook’s Garage. Doors open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.

After finding TikTok fame, this dynamic trio is back to perform your favorite rock, pop, and country songs. Proceeds from this show benefit the National Veterans Wellness & Healing Center in Angel Fire, New Mexico. 

This adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women will be performed October 7 and 9. Set during the American Civil War, this musical follows the story of Jo March and her sisters and family.

The Lubbock Gun & Blade Show is taking place October 8 – 9 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. During the show, attendees can sell, trade, and buy guns, knives, holsters and more. 

Texas Tech UIL is hosting a One-Act Play Director’s Workshop led by Amy Jordan and BK Goodman. The workshop will take place at the MCM Elegante Hotel throughout the weekend.

Multi-Grammy Award-winning recording artist, Bill Gaither, and his multi-award-winning group, The Gaither Vocal Band, are touring to present their Something Good Is About To Happen Tour. 

This tribute to the Beatles continues to amaze audiences around the world as they perform classics such as “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Here Comes the Sun” and “Hey Jude.”

This play is filled with 90s pop culture, dark comedy and action-packed adventure. Follow Agnes’ journey at the Lubbock Community Theatre.

Get groovy with this throwback show at the Cactus Theater. This Caldwell Collective band partners with Devin Collins, Jason Fellers, Sheena Fadeyi, Kassidy King and Addie Bleu to bring you iconic music from three 70s favorites. 

This free, two-day-long event brings authors and readers together! This fundraiser for Literacy Lubbock’s educational programs will feature panels, book signings, writing workshops, crafts and activities. 

The CMA of Texas annual Awards Show is a two-night celebratory series at the Cactus Theater. Both nights will be packed with performances by 2022 CMA of Texas Award recipients. 

The acclaimed TV late-night show host and stand-up comedian is coming to Lubbock for an evening full of comedy.

Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Jeremy Camp has expanded his “I Still Believe” tour with special guest Katy Nichole.

American Composer John Corigliano is joining The Lubbock Symphony Orchestra for a weeklong residency. The orchestra will feature two of Corigliano’s works as well as Leonard Bernstein’s Westside Story!

It’s a Party in the Panhandle! Kevin Fowler and Randall King bring a night of country music to Cook’s Garage. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
