He’s everyone’s favorite handyman! Tim Allen returns to the stand-up stage for his tour coming to The Buddy Holly Hall this November.

Lubbock residents and visitors are invited to enjoy local food trucks during their lunch hour, between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m in the Civic Center parking lot.

Shop for locally grown and produced foods at Alcove Farms. Bring your lawn chair and spend the evening enjoying family-friendly activities, food trucks and local products. 

This comedy about love, lust and mistaken identity is recurring daily from November 1-6 at the Texas Tech University School of Theatre & Dance. Tickets are $15 for individuals and $5 for students.

The Lubbock Civic Orchestra will perform a celebration of cultural music and connection from around the world in the McDonald-Moody Auditorium at Lubbock Christian University. The show will start at 7:30 p.m.

Catch this American psychological thriller as it kicks off the first Cactus Classic Cinema of the month. Tickets to the show are $7. 

Every week throughout the fall semester, students team up to create a restaurant concept. The pop-up restaurants this month include Citrus Sensation, Vista Cielo and El Huerto. Book a table now! 

This legendary rock and roll band was ranked #9 as the highest-charting American band in Billboard Magazine’s Hot 200 All-Time Top Artists. They were also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. Don’t miss this special performance at The Buddy Holly Hall!

Unwind with a night of wine and wellness at English Newsom Cellars. Angie Alspaugh, a certified yoga instructor, will help you focus on cultivating balance and peace within. Tickets are available to purchase on the winery’s website.

Piff the Magic Dragon and his sidekick Mr. Piffles are known for their long-running show at the iconic Flamingo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The duo is bringing their rock and comedy performance to Lubbock this fall.

Cook’s 2nd Annual Rodeo Days and 1st Junior Rodeo will take place November 3-6. Tickets include entry to the rodeo and nightly concert. Kids 12 & under are free.  

A visit to Lubbock during the first of the month is only complete with stopping by the First Friday Art Trail (FFAT) hosted by LHUCA. FFAT is a free, self-guided art tour held in the Lubbock Cultural District in partnership with various art centers, museums, galleries, and businesses located downtown. While there, enjoy live music, food trucks, and art from local, national, and international artists.

Four Bar K hosts Friday Lunch every week from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. This event includes two trips through the buffet, free beer, and live music. Tickets are $12 per person. 

Flatlands Dance Theater’s most ambitious project yet, Evolution of Gaia tells the story of human relationships and cultures through the personification of Earth. This performance will take place Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

This community event includes food trucks, live music, and a Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Entry is free at the Moonlight Musicals Amphitheater. 

Country music artist Justin Moore and special guests The Reeves Brothers rescheduled their March 2022 performance for this fall. Previously purchased tickets will be honored. There are still tickets available, so get yours now!

History comes to life at the National Ranching Heritage Center (NRHC) every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. this summer! Ranch host volunteers will be in the historical park to answer questions, perform living history demonstrations, and give tours of selected structures. Lubbock locals and visitors are invited to shop artisan, boutique and farmer’s market goods at Prairie Blossom Marketplace. Grab your pets and family and head out for a day of shopping and food tastings. The market is open Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 4 p.m. on the first and third weekends of the month.

The first annual fundraiser benefitting the West Texas ALS Support Group will include live entertainment, catered dinner, silent auction, raffles, door prizes and a live auction. Tickets are available now.

The Wild West Harley Davidson is hosting the Tacos & Tequila Festival at Lone Star Amphitheater. Performances from Collective Soul, toadies, Bowling for Soup and Texas Hippie Coalition will start at 2 p.m.

Ride through the era of rock and romance with performances from some of the best West Texas artists. 

This American epic drama is next in line for the Cactus Classic Cinema series! Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. and the show starts at 7:15 p.m.

This East Texas singer-songwriter is bringing her country music show to the Cactus Theater. A special guest opener will be announced at a later date. Tickets are on sale now! 

Watch as this year’s inductees, visual artist Bess Hubbard and musicians Hoyle Nix, Jody Nix and Amanda Shires are inducted into the West Texas Walk of Fame. The event starts at 7 p.m. at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Theatre. 

This high-energy show by Davina & The Vagabonds pays an ode to American jazz and pianist legends. General admission tickets to the TTU Presidential Lecture Series will be $20 for the community and free for Texas Tech students. 

The Silent Wings Museum is celebrating Veterans Day with several activities. A commemoration ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. “Red Horizon” film screening will follow from 12 – 5 p.m. Afternoon educational activities will also be available. 

American country singer-songwriter and star of Netflix Original, Country Ever After is taking the stage at Cook’s Garage for a Veteran’s Day Performance. Tickets are $25.

Take a trip to Japan through Puccini’s beloved Opera Madame Butterfly. This surprising love story will be semi-staged in The Buddy Holly Hall. Tickets are on sale now!

Greater Tuna’s Jaston Williams is bringing his comedy show to Lubbock. Doors open at 6:50 p.m. and the show beings at 7:30 p.m.

RealDealPhotos is giving back with this event to support west Texas communities. Groups will have the opportunity to participate in a mini-photo session. There is no monetary cost to participate, but donations are being requested to benefit the East Lubbock Art House.

Join LHUCA for an afternoon of tea and a holiday decor demonstration. Kelly Marble, owner of Marble & Co. and All About Looks will lead the demonstration.

The Texas Tribune is hosting this free event to inform the public on what’s ahead for rural Texas. Guests will learn how leaders around the state are taking on big issues that matter to rural Texans over a two-day panel conversation.

Award-winning pop-violinist Lindsey Stirling is bringing her Snow Waltz tour of North America to Buddy Holly Hall. Listen to Stirling’s interpretation of holiday classics while enjoying dance, trapeze, lyra, and aerial performances.

English Newsroom Cellars is hosting a wine and BINGO night in The Barrel Room. Enjoy this night of BINGO and wine-themed prizes. Tickets are $10 and include three BINGO cards. 

Take a trip to the Cactus Theater for Todd Oliver and The Talking Dog. This family-friendly comedy show will have shows Saturday and Sunday. 

Cactus Theater continues its classic cinema series with the 1973 road comedy-drama, “Paper Moon.” Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the show begins at 7:15 p.m.
