This fun, eclectic boutique named after its owner, Tahnee C. Elliot, always has us going back for more. The best thing about this boutique is the constant interchanging of merchandise. They never order more than five of the same item (unless requested by multiple customers) to ensure that each woman who shops at T.C. Elli’s remains unique.
