Dry January is over and it’s time raise a glass to Lubbock’s signature libations! From savory margaritas to refreshingly sweet cocktails, you’ll find all the sips and pours to be crafted just the way you prefer in the “Hub City.” 

The Steampunk Bar at King Street serves an extensive list of margarita flavors. The most notorious being the Gunpowder & Red with El Jimador Silver, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lime with a black salt rim along the glass. 

Here, patrons pair Spanish tapas with house made Sangria! Whether you choose the Albondigas De Madrid or the Tortilla Espanola, everything on the menu should be ordered with a pitcher of the Sangria. 

Known for the signature martinis, Stella’s opened Lubbock’s first speakeasy, Manhattan 9, to give guests an exclusive experience with their award winning sips. The Vegas Hopper features house made ginger vodka, apple schnapps, orange and cranberry juice, and a splash of Sweet & Sour topped with an orange twist!

The Funky Door pairs watermelon vodka, club soda, and lemon juice for a tasty take on the traditional Lubbock Chilton. We suggest pairing it with the cheese fondue! 

The perfect refreshing sip of Cimarron Blanco Tequila, Topo Chico and fresh lime juice, the Mermaid Water is the ideal cocktail for any of the delectable Latin American dishes served at this local favorite.
