On weekends, we brunch in Lubbock! Whether you’re craving a classic comfort meal, a Southwest-inspired feast or something sweet to start your day, the Hub City has a spot for you. From elevated dining experiences to cozy neighborhood gems, here’s where to find the best brunch in Lubbock.

01

Claraboya Scratch Kitchen & Bar

Every Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., something magical happens inside this downtown gem. And that something magical is brunch. Did you see the photo of the Carter’s Cinnamon Roll Burger? That’s just the tip of the iceberg. This Southwest-inspired kitchen also serves Duck Enchiladas, Chilaquiles Verdes, Mexican Short Rib Quesadillas and more.

02

Cafe J

Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs with green chile gravy… need I say more? Cafe J is “blending modern techniques with worldwide influences, an extensive wine selection, and original paintings.” If you’re not dropping by for an espresso martini in the evening, we highly recommend making a stop for an elevated brunch.

03

Neighborhood F+B

Elevated comfort food you would find at Grandma’s house. That’s the goal Neighborhood F&B had in mind when building this warm hangout. And to say they’ve executed it well would be an understatement. From a fried egg topped smash burger to deep fried lasagna and deviled eggs, brunch was made for weekends at the Neighborhood.

04

The Reserve Culinary Tavern

Pizza for breakfast? Yes, please! Waffle Batter Fried Bacon? Order up! The Hangover Loaded Tots? Say no more! Brunch is served at The Reserve. Save us a seat at the table! But, seriously, this spot has great cocktails, a lively atmosphere and a menu that suits everyone’s taste. Give it a try.

05

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

It might be a chain, but that doesn’t mean it’s undeserving of a spot on our brunch list. At Snooze, you can brunch any day of the week. And, lucky for us, they just announced weekday reservations. From pancake flights to build your own breakfast burritos and Sriracha maple bacon, there’s nothing not to love about the menu offerings.

06

Stella's

There’s always something new on the brunch menu of the month at Stella’s, which means even if you’ve been, there’s no reason not to make another reservation. Established in 1973, this Italian-inspired restaurant is doing fine-dining right. Be sure to check their website out to see what specialties they’re serving this month.

07

Candle Bar

Looking for a brunch experience that’s truly unique? Head to the Candle Bar, where you can enjoy the art of craft cocktails and elevated dishes. From dishes like Spicy Calabrian Chili Toast to Hangover Hash, sit down and savor with friends or family in this welcoming neighborhood setting.

08
