Where to Eat?

Lubbock has a lot of great spots to grab a bite.

If you’re looking for a place to fuel up for a busy day, we recommend Rain Café. Right in the middle of the city, this local favorite has all your breakfast classics, friendly staff and a great vibe in the newly renovated restaurant.

If you prefer a light bite, you’ve got to try Brulee Bakery or Ninety-Two Café. For a sweet treat, like a homemade Pop-Tart or a flaky croissant, Brulee Bakery is the perfect place. If you want a bigger meal like a sandwich and soup, or just need some caffeine to keep exploring, Ninety-Two Café is a great spot. Either way, these are both musts for the itinerary.

For a fun dinner spot, check out Sushi Nami. After a day exploring Lubbock, this AYCE restaurant is the place to go. As the name suggests, Sushi Nami offers a wide variety of sushi, plus great hibachi, noodles, and other entrees.

What to Do?

There are plenty of things to keep you busy during your time in LBK. The Hub City has a rich history to learn about, a thriving live music scene and hidden gems to explore. One of those is the Cactus Alley Courtyard. With a coffee shop, winery and plenty of shops to stop in, you could spend a few of your 48 hours in this quiet, quaint corner of the city. Be sure to get a picture with the prairie dog, too!
