American Windmill Museum

At the American Windmill Museum, attendees are immersed in the spirit of the West as they witness first-hand the evolution of windmill technology. The United Commons Patio is 6,800 square feet and accommodates up to 300 guests. Along the east wall of the meeting space is a 6,000-square-feet mural called “Legacy of the Wind.” In addition to the large meeting room, the venue offers the Chrisine DeVitt classroom, which has 1,750 square feet and seats up to 40 people. The venue is equipped with AV equipment, and offers a full-service kitchen for the caterer of your choice.

The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences

CenterPointe Event Center

Located between the Days Inn & Suites and the ComfortSuites, CenterPointe Event Center offers 7,300 square feet of column-free ballroom and exhibition space. In all, the three sections of the ballroom can accommodate more than 450 seats banquet style. With state-of-the-art equipment, access to an Apple TV, cable TV, and WiFi, as well as catering services, this space is efficient and modern. FiberMax Center for Discovery

Jones AT&T Stadium/Texas Tech Club

This one-of-a-kind venue boasts impeccable views of the Texas Tech football field paired with TopTier Catering services. From professional accommodations for a variety of business functions including half and full-day meetings, corporate lunches and dinners, receptions, and team-building sessions, each space is fully equipped with tables, chair, linens, and AV. Capacity ranges from team trainings, meetings, and presentations for under 50 people to large events with over 400 attendees.

LHUCA

Located in the heart of the Arts District, LHUCA is a hub for creative endeavors and is home to four multidiscipline spaces. Planners are able to rent the Christine DeVitt Exhibition Hall at LHUCA, which accommodates 300 people seated. The Helen DeVitt Jones Studio is also available and has room for 80 people seated and 100 people standing. If you are in need of a theater space, the Firehouse Theatre is available to host lectures with seating for 159 people. Larger groups look to Christine DeVitt Icehouse, with seating for 240 people, as their go-to venue at LHUCA.

National Ranching Heritage Center

Step back and explore the history of ranching at the National Ranching Heritage Center. Dedicated to preserving the history of ranching, this 19-acre historical park is home to over 50 authentically restored ranch structures. This venue is the perfect spot to add cowboy culture to your luncheon, workshop, seminar, or board meeting. With capacity ranging from 22 to 300 people, this venue is a great location to make attendees feel connected to each other and history too.

Science Spectrum

With five rooms designed to accommodate groups from 30 to 400, a rental at the Science Spectrum includes tables and chairs, AV, and WiFi. Special packages with group tickets to the museum and OMNI Theater are available with all rentals. From the 900-square-foot reception room, the 6,000-square-foot exhibit, the Science Stage, Science Education Center, and OMNI Theater. The Science Spectrum and OMNI Theater are efficient options for all meetings. The Science Spectrum also offers government and non-profit rates.

United Supermarkets Arena

Experience Raider Power inside the United Supermarkets Arena at your next event! With four meeting facilities, including the City Bank Conference Center, Club Red, Arena Concourse, and the Arena itself. Attendees will be as impressed with the space as they are with the program. The City Bank Conference Center is able to accommodate up to 480 guests and is equipped with a PA system, microphone, podium, and WiFi. At Club Red, Tech’s newest events pace, attendees will enjoy a beautiful vantage point, AV services, including big screen projection systems, and WiFi, as well as premier catering provided by Spectra Food Services. The 15,000-seat arena is surrounded by the concourse which provides 81,017 square feet of exhibit for fairs, conventions, and exhibits.

Willows Event Center

The Willows Event Center is a serene escape from the expected. Whether the event is a celebration, reception, or conference, there is a space for every occasion. The venue speaks for itself with over 3,200 square feet of flexible indoor space and large overhead glass doors opening to an outside courtyard enclosed by vine-covered stucco walls with a tiered flowing waterfall. This venue has a wide selection of spaces both inside and outside for smaller, more intimate seminars, work retreats, or meetings. The Willows Event Center also offers four boardrooms complete with hardwood tables and executive-style chairs. Each of these rooms can accommodate 10-14 guests and is equipped with WiFi, TV monitors with laptop connections, and ZOOM software for conference calls and presentations.
