Yoga in the Galleries is a 60 minute yoga class in the style known as Power Flow, led by Ozzie Santos. Participants will be guided through a 50 minute flow that is accessible to beginners. There will be opportunities for advanced poses as classes progress. The last 5-10 minutes of class will be reserved for meditation in Savasana.
