Texas Tech’s Centennial Celebration hits Austin on February 28, 2023, for our first event outside of Lubbock. On the eve of Texas Tech Day in Austin, Red Raiders will gather at the Coppertank Event Center, just off the legendary sixth street for a celebratory evening of live music, food, and fun. Entertainment will be provided by Texas Tech alumna Lynda Kay and there will be appearances by the Texas Tech spirit squads and the Masked Rider.
Parking: Numerous self-parking options are available near the Coppertank Event Center.
Transportation: Shuttle transportation will be provided for state legislators and staffers from the capitol to the Coppertank Event Center. Additional details to come.
