The venue provides an intimate space for guests all while hosting up to 300 people. White wooden chairs and round tables are placed among tall, white columns giving any event a classic backdrop. The building offers two rooms at its entrance which provides planners with more space for check-in, a gift room, cocktail hour, etc. Also, the bridal suite is tucked away from the main space for convenience.
Planners will enjoy an open vendor policy with a large, industrial-sized kitchen with plenty of equipment and space for caterers. As a bonus, parking and a concierge service are also included. The concierge service offers an attendant to help throughout the duration of the event and at cleanup.
With its premier location in downtown, planners with have access to countless backdrops for pictures. With brick-paved streets and historic architecture, downtown Lubbock is often a point of interest for photographers.
