Whether you are a morning or night person, Lubbock has a variety of brews for any time of the day. Jumpstart your morning with a little (or a lot, we don’t judge) caffeine and cap off the night with a refreshing IPA or an original creation from one of our local breweries and pubs. Check out our complete list of must-try drinks below!

Early Bird

Monomyth Coffee – Bourbon Maple Latte
Try this sweet mix of maple and bourbon syrup, poured over steamed milk with a double shot of espresso.

Gold Stripe Coffee Roasters – Cortado
This European-style drink includes a double shot of espresso poured over steamed milk and served with a cookie and sparkling water.

TOVA Coffeehouse – Cuban
A double shot of espresso is combined with steamed breve milk and white chocolate sauce. This succulent concoction creates a condensed milk which is then poured over espresso.

J&B Coffee – Iced Chai Latte
Savor a refreshing glass of chai tea concentrate sweetened with honey, mixed with milk and added to ice. Pro Tip: Make it dirty with a shot of espresso

Sugar Brown’s Coffee – Sugar Brown’s Latte
Sip this latte with a shot of espresso, steamed milk and their signature caramelized sugar syrup. Pro Tip: Get their homemade kolache which is topped with rosemary and sea salt flakes.

Night Owl

The Brewery LBK – Chilton Witbier
Savor this refreshing brew which pays tribute to Lubbock’s signature cocktail, the Chilton. With a slightly tart flavor profile, this brew is perfect on a summer day.

Two Docs Brewing Co. – Buddy Hoppy IPA
Rave on with this bold IPA which pays tribute to Lubbock’s very own Buddy Holly. The hop profile is molded after the same spirit of rock ‘n’ roll pioneered by Buddy

The Plains Brew Co. – Amber Beer
A true staple, this amber brew is a fan favorite. You can find it on tap around town and at United Supermarkets.

Triple J Chophouse & Brew Co. – Red Raider Beer
This is an American-style amber ale with a balance of bitterness with the hops and sweetness of the malt. Just like its namesake, it’s a little feisty.
