There’s a new food truck in town, and its name is Cast Iron Grill. With a bustling restaurant in downtown Lubbock, it’s no surprise they incorporated a mobile business to keep with demand for their classic American fare. Some of our favorites are the Southwest Club, the Red Raider burger and the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. But this food truck doesn’t stop with biscuit bites, they also offer the restaurant’s locally famous pies. Give them a follow on Facebook to see where they’ll be parked next @CastIronGrillFoodTruck!
