Llano Cubano creates satisfying Cuban sandwiches with a West Texas twist. Try the hatch & cheese or a caprese! CRUSTY’S WOOD FIRED PIZZA
The name says it all–delicious, wood-fired pizza all prepared in a one-of-a-kind truck. You can expect 10-12 inches of hand-stretched pizza dough loaded with toppings cooked right in front of you. This hot, delicious and very cheesy pizza is all you need to make dinner a success. They have many options from create-your-own to specialty pizzas like Green Chile Chicken, Margharita or spicy Buffalo Chicken. CAST IRON GRILL
There’s a new food truck in town, and its name is Cast Iron Grill. With a bustling restaurant in downtown Lubbock, it’s no surprise they incorporated a mobile business to keep with demand for their classic American fare. Some of our favorites are the Southwest Club, the Red Raider burger and the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. This food truck is Cookie Monster approved and offers an ever-changing menu of cookies and ice cream to pair. Some of the homemade cookies include chocolate chip, Snickerdoodle, sprinkles, sugar or fudge nut brownie.
